Krith has been working in Aviation and Aerospace Industry for very long time in several organizations, MROs, airlines, and aircraft manufactures such as ... PB Air, Northwest Airlines, SkyKing, Evergreen Air, Bombardier Aerospace, AIRBUS, NASA-AFRC (contractor), Boeing SLS at NASA-MAF. He has worked in various positions in the past such as Aircraft Engine-QEC, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Avionics & Instrumentation Specialist, Certified Engine Engineer, Designated Flight Engineer, Aircraft Engine Manager (Head of Dept.)

His experience, he has gained on many Complex Equipment and Test Sets such as DPS400, TTU-205, IFR6000, APAX-150, TIC 49, ATC 601, GTF-1A, Barfield 8000, TR-211, TIC 30D, TDR, RST-1A, DRU-2, DLD4000, PMAT2000, and Oscilloscope. He also has worked on many types of aircraft such as P-3, L-1011, F27-200, F28-4000, CRJ700/900, DC10-30, MD-11, B727-200/300, B737-200/300/800, B747-200/400, B757-200/300, B767-200/300, B777-200ER/LR, A220-300, A310-200/300, A320-200/300, A330-200/300, A340-300. Krith has a lot hand-on experiences on aircraft system repairs, modifications, and overhauls. He also has worked on aircraft manufacturing, and acting FTP/ATP test controller. He has extensive successful experience on aircraft systems troubleshooting, and enjoys working on complex systems problem solving either electrical, avionics, or mechanical systems combined.

Krith has been trained on Flight Data Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Systems Design. He has experienced on Special Test Equipment Requirements Development, writing Statement of Work for Design and Manufacturing. He is very confident on Practical Problem Solving, Systems Troubleshooting, he knows how to look for the way to create a Problem Solving Technique. He did self-study Flight Test Instrumentation Design, and has been through the instructor lead training on Electrical Wiring Harness Design, System Modeling and Simulation. He is familiar with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, DOORS, PEP-Airbus, Cameo, CATIA V5, AutoCAD electrical design, Minitab16, C/C++, Java, Python, and Simulink.

Along with working for the MROs, airlines, aircraft manufactures in many organizations, he has attended several schools for higher education in engineering program such as Normandale Community College, Minneapolis Technical College, California State University at Dominguez Hills, and several other universities, taken several classes such as Calculus I, Calculus II, Multivariable Calculus III, Differential Equations with Linear Algebra IV, Chemistry with Lab for Engineer, Physics I with Calculus Base, Physics II for Engineer, C/C++ Programming. From Engineering Foundation Courses, Problem Solving, Mathematics and Decision making, Engineering Drawing, Material Science, Strength of Materials, Engineering Mechanics, Machine Design, and etc.

While working full time along with studying, it has never been easy, eventually through specialized degree program, he graduated with Arnold Fletcher Award - Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Science and Technology (Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering per Courses XFER, GPA 3.02/4.00) from Thomas Edison State University (www.tesu.edu) in New Jersey. The Arnold Fetcher Award recognizes a graduate for exceptional achievement by earning 90+ credits or more from non-traditional learning / self study / bypass exam modes with good standing GPA. Due to working, relocating, and studying in many places, he actually accumulated over 200+ credits in aircraft maintenance and engineering courses from many previous colleges and universities prior to transferring to TESU and graduated through an individualized curriculum.

He also graduated with Master level-Certificate of Completion in Quality Engineering (GPA 3.77/4.00) from
California State University at Dominguez Hills (www.csudh.edu) in California. The quality engineering is about learning an advanced mathematic, probability, and statistics, learning the data, data tools, analyzing the data, and designing from the data for quality. The process is to learn how to translate the problems, situations, scenarios, or environments into the numbers by advanced mathematical methods, process the numbers, collect the data, analyze the data, and how to design the experiments from the data to improve quality, performance, and safety. The quality engineering techniques could be applied to any kind of works to optimize the quality, efficiency, performance and safety of any product, process, and manufacturing by design.

Krith has been fascinated with the aircraft electrical wiring complexity, in love and excited with colorful light in the cockpit, so he decided to continued focusing his work in avionics and graduated with Advanced MS in (Avionics) Air-Ground Collaborative Systems Engineering (Mk 14.42 = GPA 3.54/4.00) from ENAC (www.enac.fr/en) in Toulouse, France. The program is about how the whole avionic systems work together, how it collaborates with the airlines control center, how it communicates with the air traffic control tower and ground control center, how it works with satellite system. Eventually all avionic systems summarized to how they could be designed and manufactured through Systems Engineering that include systems engineering definition, processes, and techniques which apply to avionics manufacturing, processes, and certification. The modules concentrate on Avionics and Related Systems Engineering.

The Advanced Master or Mastère Spécialisé (MS) is a French Post-Master Degree, accredited by the
Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE). CGE is a prestigious association of French engineering schools, where student admission is extremely selective through high competitive process. At ENAC, Krith has participated in many instructor-led classes, trainings, and conferences. He also has been through Airbus, and several other aeronautical researches. Krith likes to seek for a new approach, learn a new method to develop a new intuitive ability, and keeps looking for a meaning of Life, his life searching, his works, his love, and his journey keep going on with his lifelong learning that includes widely traveling,  many schoolings and learning along the way with hand-on experiences in many aircraft he has worked on, those built up a strong foundation in him and created a Man...He is today.

The Can-Do

The Can-Do Spirit, a Mighty Force,
Divides the Weak from the Victorious Course.
A Choice is Made, a Path Unveiled,
A Single Step, a World Retailed.

With Action’s Spark, a Flame Ignites,
A Motion Born, a Future Bites.
Progression’s March, Unceasing Strong,
Towards Completion’s Triumphant Song.

Perfection’s Peak, a Distant Sight,
A Journey’s End, a Guiding Light.
So Choose to Rise, with Courage Bold,
And Write Your Own...Destiny... in Letters Gold.
